A classic no-bake Ambrosia dessert made with whipped cream, marshmallows, fruity yoghurt, sweet boysenberries, and chocolate flakes for a light, nostalgic treat.

Ingredients

  • 300 ml cream (about 10 oz)
  • 180 g marshmallows, halved
  • 500 g sweetened plain or berry yoghurt
  • 1 (425 g) can boysenberries, drained
  • 2 Flake chocolate bars, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream in a large bowl until soft peaks form.
  2. Gently fold the halved marshmallows into the whipped cream.
  3. Add the yoghurt, drained boysenberries, and one crumbled Flake bar.
  4. Carefully fold everything together until evenly combined, keeping the mixture light and fluffy.
  5. Spoon the ambrosia into a serving dish.
  6. Crumble the remaining Flake bar over the top.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, before serving.

Notes

  • Chilling overnight gives the best flavor and texture.
  • Berry yoghurt adds extra fruit flavor.
  • Other canned berries can be substituted for boysenberries.
  • Do not freeze, as the texture will change.
