300 ml cream (about 10 oz)
180 g marshmallows, halved
500 g sweetened plain or berry yoghurt
1 (425 g) can boysenberries, drained
2 Flake chocolate bars, crumbled
Chilling overnight gives the best flavor and texture.
Berry yoghurt adds extra fruit flavor.
Other canned berries can be substituted for boysenberries.
Do not freeze, as the texture will change.
