Angel Chicken Rice is a creamy and comforting casserole that combines tender chicken, fluffy rice, and a rich, cheesy sauce. This easy-to-make dish is perfect for family dinners or potlucks, delivering a satisfying meal that everyone will love. Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 block cream cheese, cubed
  • ½ cup butter, cubed
  • 1 packet Italian dressing mix
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup chicken stock
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (Colby Jack or similar)

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat the Oven & Prepare the Dish
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2️⃣ Mix the Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cooked rice, cream cheese, butter, Italian dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, and chicken stock. Stir until everything is well mixed.

3️⃣ Assemble the Casserole
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly. Top with shredded cheese.

4️⃣ Bake the Casserole
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. After 25 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and slightly golden.

5️⃣ Serve
Let the casserole sit for a few minutes before serving.
