Ingredients

2 bagels (plain or everything bagels work best)

1/4 cup pizza sauce

1 cup mozzarella cheese (can mix with cheddar or provolone for extra flavor)

1/4 cup pepperoni (or your favorite pizza topping)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese (optional)

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for added heat)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Slice the bagels in half and place them cut-side up on the baking sheet. Lightly brush each bagel half with olive oil.
