2 large ripe bananas, mashed

2 large eggs

½ cup plain yogurt or sour cream

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan with cooking spray or oil.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. In a large bowl, mix granulated sugar and brown sugar until combined.
  4. Add mashed bananas, eggs, yogurt or sour cream, vanilla extract, and melted butter. Mix until smooth.
