A fun and creative dessert that combines a rich brownie crust with creamy banana pudding, fresh fruit, and crunchy nuts, all topped with chocolate sauce.

Ingredients

Cooking spray

1 (18.4 ounce) package brownie mix

⅔ cup vegetable oil

¼ cup water

2 large eggs

1 (5 ounce) package instant banana cream pudding mix

3 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 ½ cups cold milk

1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®)

1 medium banana, thinly sliced

4 large strawberries, thinly sliced

12 maraschino cherries

½ cup chopped peanuts

½ cup drained pineapple tidbits

2 tablespoons chocolate sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly coat a 12-inch round pizza pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, water, and eggs. Stir for 50 strokes with a spoon.
  3. Spread the brownie batter evenly onto the prepared pizza pan.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the brownie crust to cool completely, about 30 minutes.
  5. While the crust is cooling, beat the banana cream pudding mix and cream cheese in a bowl until smooth. Gradually add the cold milk and mix until smooth and creamy.
  6. Fold in 1/3 of the whipped topping, then spread the pudding mixture over the cooled brownie crust. Top evenly with the remaining whipped topping.
  7. Decorate the dessert pizza with sliced bananas, strawberries, and pineapple tidbits. Drizzle chocolate sauce over the top and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
  8. If serving immediately, cut into 12 slices and top each slice with a maraschino cherry. Alternatively, refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

Swap out the fruits for others you prefer, like raspberries, blueberries, or peaches.

For a salty-sweet twist, use almonds or walnuts instead of peanuts.

For a dairy-free version, use a dairy-free whipped topping, vegan cream cheese, and plant-based milk.

Try adding mini chocolate chips to the pudding mixture for extra chocolate flavor.
