Ingredients

Fruit & Brownies:

Strawberries, small and fresh

Pineapple, cut into bite-sized chunks

Bananas, sliced

Brownie bites, homemade or store-bought

Toppings:

Chocolate candy melts

Finely chopped peanuts (optional)

Whipped cream (for dipping)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Fruit:

    • Wash and dry strawberries, cut off the tops, and slice the bananas and pineapple into similar-sized pieces.

  • Assemble the Kabobs:

    • On wooden skewers, alternate threading the fruit and brownie pieces. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  • Garnish:

    • Melt candy melts according to package directions and drizzle over the kabobs. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts, if using.
