Ingredients

For the Biscuit Base:

Biscuit dough (store-bought or homemade)

For the Sausage Gravy:

1 lb sausage ( turkey, or plant-based)

2 cups milk

1/4 cup flour

Salt and pepper, to taste

Toppings:

Scrambled eggs

Shredded cheese (optional)

  • Prepare the Sausage Gravy:

  • Assemble the Pizza:

    • Spoon the sausage gravy over the baked biscuits, then top with scrambled eggs and shredded cheese (if using).

  • Bake:

    • Place the assembled pizza in the oven for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  • Serve:

    • Remove from the oven and serve hot.

Notes

  • Storage:

    • Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.

  • Reheating:

    • Reheat in the oven to preserve the crispy texture.
