Ingredients

1 package of crescent roll dough

1 pound turkey sausage

4 eggs

2 tablespoons milk

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or cheese of your choice)

1 tablespoon butter (optional for brushing)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the turkey sausage until browned and fully cooked (about 5-7 minutes), breaking it into crumbles. Set aside.

  • In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Cook in a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat until scrambled. Set aside.

  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and place a spoonful of scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, and shredded cheese on the wide end of each triangle. Roll up the dough, tucking in the edges.

  • Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet with the pointed end down. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up.

  • Optional: Brush with melted butter for extra richness.

  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For a spicier kick, add hot sauce or cayenne pepper to the filling.

You can substitute the turkey sausage with regular sausage, chicken sausage, or even plant-based sausage for different variations.

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
