Ingredients

4 oz creamy brie cheese

4 oz sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup wholegrain crackers

1 cup fresh grapes, halved

1 medium apple, sliced

½ cup mixed nuts (almonds and walnuts)

2 tbsp honey or fruit jam

Instructions

  1. Prepare your serving platter by laying out the wholegrain crackers as the base.
  2. Slice the brie and cheddar cheeses into generous portions and arrange them artfully next to the crackers.
  3. Add halved grapes and apple slices to the platter for a pop of color and sweetness.
