Ingredients

1 cup milk (your choice)

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

2 tsp of chai spices (from tea bag)

2 scoops vanilla protein powder

2 tbsp of Artisana Cashini Nut Butter

1/3 cup monk fruit sweetener

2 tablespoons vanilla pudding mix (no artificial flavors)

1/3 cup chopped cherries

2 tbsp of almonds

1 tbsp of Artisana Cashini Nut Butter

Instructions

  1. Add all the base ingredients (milk, almond milk, chai spices, protein powder, cashini nut butter, monk fruit sweetener, and vanilla pudding mix) into a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the blended mixture into a container, cover it, and freeze overnight for the best texture.
  3. After the mixture has frozen, use your Ninja Creami to turn the frozen base into ice cream. Select the ‘Ice Cream’ function for the perfect consistency.
  4. Once the ice cream is processed, incorporate half the chopped cherries, almonds, and extra cashini nut butter into the mixture. Give it a quick re-spin to evenly distribute the mix-ins.
  5. Scoop the ice cream into bowls, top with the remaining mix-ins, and enjoy!
