Chewy Peanut Butter Brownies are a rich and indulgent dessert, combining creamy peanut butter and fudgy brownies in one treat. Simple to make and full of flavor, they’re perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

½ cup peanut butter

⅓ cup margarine, softened

⅔ cup white sugar

½ cup packed brown sugar

2 large eggs

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, cream together peanut butter and margarine. Gradually add white sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until fluffy.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir the dry ingredients into the peanut butter mixture until well blended.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30–35 minutes, or until the top springs back when touched.
  6. Cool in the pan, then cut into 16 squares. Serve and enjoy!
