Chocolate Avocado Pudding is a rich, creamy, and dairy-free dessert made with ripe avocados, raw cacao, coconut milk, and maple syrup. It’s smooth, indulgent, and full of healthy fats and antioxidants — a decadent treat that’s as nourishing as it is delicious.

Ingredients

2 large avocados (chilled)

½ cup full-fat coconut milk

⅓ cup raw cacao powder

⅓ cup maple syrup

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Optional Toppings:

Chopped hazelnuts

Sea salt flakes

Instructions

  1. Slice avocados, remove pits, and scoop flesh into a food processor.
  2. Add coconut milk, raw cacao powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  3. Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness or cacao level to preference.
  5. Divide pudding into serving bowls and garnish with chopped hazelnuts or sea salt flakes.
  6. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving for best texture.
