3 large eggs

¼ teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two 9-inch round cake pans.
  2. Sift together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
