These Cinnamon Apple Yogurt Swirl Cups are a cozy yet healthy treat made with layers of creamy Greek yogurt, cinnamon-spiced apples, and crunchy toppings. Perfect for breakfast, dessert, or a quick snack, they’re a no-bake recipe that tastes like fall in every spoonful.

Ingredients

2 large apples (Fuji or Honeycrisp), peeled and diced

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 tablespoon brown sugar (or maple syrup)

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ cup granola (optional, for topping)

2 tablespoons chopped walnuts or pecans (optional, for topping)

Drizzle of honey or maple syrup (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine diced apples, lemon juice, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Cook over medium heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the apples soften but still hold their shape. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  2. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Layer the yogurt and apple mixture alternately in serving glasses or bowls, starting with yogurt, then apples, and repeating until full. End with apples on top.
  4. Top with granola and chopped nuts for crunch. Drizzle honey or maple syrup if desired.
  5. Serve immediately for a warm version or chill for up to an hour for a refreshing treat.

Notes

Stir in almond or peanut butter to the yogurt for extra creaminess.

Use coconut or almond milk yogurt for a dairy-free version.

Add nutmeg or cardamom to the apples for extra warmth.

Swap granola for crushed graham crackers or toasted coconut flakes.

For a parfait-style dessert, chill longer and top with whipped cream.
