A soft, yeast-based dessert pizza topped with a cinnamon-sugar crumb and drizzled with a sweet vanilla glaze. It’s the perfect blend of cinnamon roll and pizza in a fun, shareable format.

Ingredients

1 tsp instant yeast

1 1/2 Tbsp sugar

2 Tbsp hot water

1/3 cup warmed milk

1/4 tsp salt

2 Tbsp oil

1 1/2 cups all‑purpose flour (plus more as needed)

1 cup flour (for crumb topping)

1/3 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

1/4 cup softened butter

3/4 cup powdered sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla

1 Tbsp milk (add more if needed)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine yeast, sugar, hot water, and warm milk. Stir until yeast dissolves. Add salt and oil. Mix in 1 cup of flour until well incorporated.
  2. Gradually add remaining flour until you form a soft dough. Turn onto a floured surface and knead briefly. Return dough to bowl, cover, and let rest for 15 minutes.
  3. On a lightly greased baking sheet or pizza pan, roll or press the dough into a 12″ circle.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, sugar, cinnamon, and softened butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle evenly over the shaped dough.
  5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–20 minutes, or until the crust is lightly browned and the topping is set.
  6. Whisk together powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth. Transfer to a small zip‑top bag, snip a corner, and drizzle over the warm pizza.

Notes

Press crumb topping gently into dough to help it adhere better.

Add a layer of apple compote beneath crumbs for an apple-cinnamon twist.

Mix a bit of cream cheese into icing for a tangy glaze.

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days or refrigerate for 4 days.

Warm slices before serving for best texture and flavor.
