Colorful Pretzel Flowers are a quick and festive sweet-and-salty treat made with waffle pretzels, candy melts, and M&M’s arranged like bright edible flowers. Perfect for parties, holidays, and fun kitchen projects, they come together in minutes and look beautifully decorative.

Ingredients

48 waffle-style pretzels (fully intact)

1 cup white candy melts

2 cups M&M candies, sorted by color

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 225°F (107°C) and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange the waffle pretzels on the prepared cookie sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
  3. Place one candy melt in the center of each pretzel.
  4. Bake for 3 minutes, until the candy melts are softened but not fully melted.
  5. Remove from the oven and immediately press one M&M into the center of each softened candy melt.
  6. Arrange six additional M&M’s around the center candy to form flower petals, gently pressing them into the softened chocolate.
  7. Allow the pretzel flowers to set for about 10 minutes, or until the candy is firm.
  8. Serve once fully set.

Notes

Use different colored candy melts to match holidays or party themes.

Milk or dark candy melts can be substituted for white for a richer flavor.

Other small round candies can replace M&M’s for variety.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.

Avoid reheating, as the candy may melt unevenly.

Do not freeze, as condensation may affect the candy coating.

Line the baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
