This creamy and cheesy Crab Rangoon Dip brings the delicious flavors of Crab Rangoon into a dip form. Served with crispy wonton chips, it’s a perfect appetizer for parties or casual gatherings that will surely be a hit with your guests!

Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese

½ cup mayonnaise

¼ cup sour cream

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

2 cans (6 oz each) crab meat, drained

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)

2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives

1 clove garlic, minced

½ teaspoon black pepper

For Garnish:

1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives (optional)

Crispy wonton strips (crushed, optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Mix the Base: Beat the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce with a hand mixer until fluffy.

  • Combine Ingredients: Stir in the remaining dip ingredients, reserving ⅓ cup of mozzarella cheese for the topping. Spread the mixture in a small baking dish or pie plate.

  • Top and Bake: Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the top and bake for 25 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly.

  • Garnish and Serve: Garnish with chopped chives and crushed wonton strips, if desired. Serve with crispy wonton chips or crackers.

Notes
