Ingredients

For the Base:

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust (1214 inches)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter (for brushing the crust)

For the Cream Cheese Spread:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp sesame oil (optional, for extra flavor)

For the Toppings:

  • 1 cup cooked crab meat (fresh, canned, or imitation)
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions (plus extra for garnish)
  • Optional: Red pepper flakes or sriracha drizzle for heat

Instructions

  • Preheat & Prep: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone and brush edges with melted butter.
  • Make the Cream Cheese Spread: In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, soy sauce, and sesame oil until smooth.
  • Assemble the Pizza: Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust. Top with mozzarella cheese, crab meat, and chopped green onions.
  • Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
  • Finish & Serve: Let the pizza cool for 2–3 minutes, then garnish with more green onions, red pepper flakes, or sriracha. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • For a spicy twist, drizzle sriracha or sprinkle red pepper flakes before serving.
  • Swap out the crab for shrimp or vegetables for different variations.
  • Use a gluten-free pizza crust to make the recipe gluten-free.
  • Leftovers can be stored for up to 2 days in the refrigerator and reheated in the oven to maintain crispiness.
