This Crab Salad is a quick, light, and creamy dish made with imitation crab, fresh vegetables, and herbs in a tangy dressing. It’s perfect for serving over lettuce, in sandwiches, or with crackers, making it a versatile and easy-to-make recipe that will quickly become a go-to for lunch.

Ingredients

1 lb imitation crab meat (flaked style or sticks, sliced)

3 tbsp red onion, finely chopped

½ tsp Old Bay seasoning

2 tsp lemon juice

Salt and pepper, to taste

½ cup mayonnaise

1 ½ tbsp fresh dill, chopped (plus more for garnish)

Instructions

1. Combine Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine imitation crab, red onion, Old Bay seasoning, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

2. Add Mayo:
Stir in mayonnaise and fresh dill. Mix gently until everything is well combined.

3. Garnish & Serve:
Garnish with extra dill and serve chilled.
