An indulgent skillet s’mores brownie with a rich fudgy base, melted chocolate, gooey marshmallows, and crunchy graham crackers baked together for a nostalgic, over-the-top dessert.

Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup chocolate chips

1 cup mini marshmallows

1/2 cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 10-inch cast-iron skillet.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
  3. Add the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir until just combined and smooth.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips and spread the batter evenly into the prepared skillet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, until the edges are set and the center is slightly soft.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle marshmallows and crushed graham crackers evenly over the top.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, until marshmallows are puffed and lightly golden.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving so the layers set just enough.

Notes

Mini marshmallows melt more evenly than large ones.

Watch closely during the final bake to avoid burning the marshmallows.

Serve warm for the best gooey texture.

A baking dish of similar size can be used if a skillet isn’t available.

Delicious served with vanilla ice cream.
