A rich, bakery-style dessert with three indulgent layers: a fudgy brownie base, gooey caramel center, and smooth, creamy cheesecake topping that comes together easily at home.

Ingredients

1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on the box)

1 cup caramel sauce

16 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. Prepare the brownie mix according to package directions and spread evenly into the prepared pan.
  3. Drizzle the caramel sauce evenly over the brownie batter.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add the eggs and vanilla extract and mix until creamy and fully combined.
  6. Carefully pour the cheesecake mixture over the caramel layer.
  7. Bake for about 40 minutes, until the cheesecake layer is set with a slight jiggle in the center.
  8. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before slicing and serving.
