These Decadent Raspberry Truffle Brownies combine rich chocolate with tart raspberries and a creamy chocolate truffle layer, creating an irresistible dessert that will satisfy your sweet cravings.

Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour

½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

½ cup unsalted butter

1 cup fresh raspberries

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch square baking pan to prevent sticking.
  2. Prepare the Chocolate and Butter Mixture: In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and chocolate chips together, stirring until smooth. Let it cool slightly.
  3. Whisk the Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and granulated sugar until fluffy. Slowly incorporate the melted chocolate and butter mixture, mixing thoroughly.
  4. Mix the Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt. Gently fold this dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Add the Raspberries and Chocolate Chips: Carefully fold in the fresh raspberries and remaining chocolate chips, making sure the raspberries don’t break up too much.
  6. Bake the Brownies: Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs attached.
  7. Cool and Slice: Let the brownies cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing into squares. Let them cool completely for best results.

Notes

Optional Toppings: Drizzle with melted chocolate or powdered sugar. Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for extra indulgence.

Variations: Add chopped walnuts or pecans for extra texture. Use freeze-dried raspberries for a more concentrated flavor. Drizzle melted chocolate on top for a decadent finish.
