These Double Chocolate Raspberry Bites are elegant, bite-sized desserts featuring smooth milk chocolate mousse piped into crisp dark chocolate cups and topped with fresh raspberries. They’re quick, impressive, and perfect for entertaining or indulging in a sweet moment at home.

Ingredients

100 g Milk chocolate, chopped

½ cup Thickened cream

60 g packet Dark chocolate cups

12 Fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate: Place chopped milk chocolate in a heatproof, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on medium (50%) for 1–2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Set aside for 10 minutes to cool slightly.
  2. Whip cream: In a medium bowl, whisk thickened cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold cooled melted chocolate into the cream using a metal spoon until smooth and mousse-like.
  3. Assemble bites: Spoon the mousse into a snap-lock bag, snip off one corner, and pipe into dark chocolate cups until full.
  4. Garnish and chill: Top each cup with a fresh raspberry and chill briefly before serving to let the mousse set slightly.

Notes

Use white or dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate for different flavor profiles.

Replace raspberries with blueberries or strawberries for variation.
