Easter Chocolate Lasagna is a delightful no-bake dessert with layers of crushed Oreos, creamy cheesecake, chocolate pudding, and whipped topping, decorated with festive Easter candies. This easy-to-make treat is perfect for holiday gatherings and a guaranteed hit with kids and adults alike!

Ingredients

Oreo Crust:

  • 36 Oreo cookies
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

Cream Cheese Layer:

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Cool Whip

Chocolate Pudding Layer:

  • 2 (3.9 oz) packages chocolate instant pudding mix
  • 2¾ cups cold milk

Topping:

  • 2 cups Cool Whip
  • 1½ cups crushed Oreos
  • Peeps bunnies
  • Easter egg candies

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Crust:
Crush Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or a ziplock bag with a rolling pin. Mix with melted butter and press firmly into a 9×13-inch dish. Refrigerate to set.

2️⃣ Make the Cream Cheese Layer:
Beat softened butter, powdered sugar, and cream cheese until creamy. Add vanilla extract and mix well. Fold in Cool Whip, then spread over the chilled crust. Refrigerate.

3️⃣ Prepare the Chocolate Pudding Layer:
Whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thickened. Spread over the cream cheese layer. Chill for 10 minutes.

4️⃣ Add the Topping:
Gently spread Cool Whip over the pudding. Sprinkle with crushed Oreos. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

5️⃣ Decorate & Serve:
Before serving, top with Peeps bunnies and Easter egg candies. Enjoy!
