Easy Biscoff Tiramisu is a no-bake dessert featuring layers of coffee-soaked Biscoff cookies, rich mascarpone cream, and luscious Biscoff cookie butter. Quick to prepare and perfect for any occasion, this indulgent treat combines creamy, coffee-infused flavors with a crunchy twist.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Biscoff cookies
  • 1 cup strong coffee or espresso
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream, chilled

Instructions

  • Make the Biscoff Mascarpone Cream:
    • Whisk together mascarpone, cookie butter, and sugar until smooth (don’t over-whip).
    • Add chilled heavy cream and whisk until stiff peaks form.
  • Assemble the Tiramisu:
    • Dip Biscoff cookies in coffee for about 2 seconds each and place in a serving dish.
    • Spread half of the mascarpone cream on top.
    • Repeat with another layer of soaked cookies and cream.
  • Chill:
    • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
  • Serve & Decorate:
    • Garnish with crushed Biscoff cookies and drizzle with melted cookie butter before serving.
