Easy, Cheesy Tortellini Bake is a comforting, crowd-pleasing dish that combines tender tortellini, rich marinara sauce, and a generous amount of melted cheese. Ingredients

  • 1 (25 ounce) package frozen cheese tortellini
  • 1 (26 ounce) jar marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  • In a baking dish, spread half of the marinara sauce on the bottom. Layer half of the cooked tortellini on top of the sauce. Sprinkle with half of the Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese.
  • Repeat the layers with the remaining marinara sauce, tortellini, and cheese.
  • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Sprinkle with chopped fresh basil before serving, if desired.
