These Easy Mini Pizza Bites are a fun, customizable snack made with pizza dough, pizza sauce, cheese, and pepperoni. Perfect for lunchboxes, parties, or as a quick appetizer, these mini bites are cheesy, crispy, and delicious.

Ingredients

1 (16 oz) package pizza dough (ready to bake, such as Trader Joe’s brand)

8 ounces pizza sauce

½ to 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

6 ounces pepperoni slices, cut in half

Optional: Additional pizza toppings like olives, bell peppers, or sausage

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. Separate the pizza dough into twelve even pieces. Gently stretch each piece and press it into the muffin cups to form small dough cups.
  3. Spoon ½ to 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce into each dough cup. Add shredded mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices, or any other desired toppings.
  4. Bake for 22–25 minutes, or until the dough is slightly golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Let the mini pizza bites cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy the gooey, cheesy goodness!

Notes

For a vegetarian version, swap pepperoni for vegetables like bell peppers, mushrooms, or onions.

Add jalapeños or red pepper flakes for a spicy version.

For a meatier bite, try adding cooked sausage, bacon, or ham along with the pepperoni.

Use a mix of mozzarella, cheddar, and parmesan for extra cheesy goodness.
