This Easy Olive Dip is a creamy, tangy, and savory spread featuring green olives and a smooth cream cheese base. It’s perfect for parties, potlucks, or as a quick appetizer that comes together in minutes.

Ingredients

10 ounces green olives with pimento (1 jar, drained; sliced or whole)

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

½ cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon paprika (optional, for color and flavor)

Fresh ground pepper to taste

Optional: chopped parsley or chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. If using whole olives, chop them roughly into small pieces.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in the garlic powder, paprika (if using), and a few cracks of fresh ground pepper.
  4. Gently fold in the chopped or sliced olives until evenly distributed throughout the dip.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Before serving, garnish with chopped parsley or chives if desired. Serve with crackers, pita chips, or fresh vegetables for dipping.

Notes
