2 cups extra-sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon paprika

4 ounces chopped pimento peppers, drained

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  • Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, add the shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chopped pimento peppers, and kosher salt.

  • Mix: Use a mixer on medium speed to combine everything until smooth and well-blended.

  • Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld together.

  • Serve: Enjoy on crackers, crostini, or as a filling for grilled cheese sandwiches.

Notes

Use regular cheddar if you prefer a milder flavor, but extra-sharp cheddar will provide a bolder taste.

If you want to add a little heat, cayenne pepper or extra paprika can be added.

This spread is best when chilled, allowing the flavors to meld together.
