Enjoy Frozen Banana Yoghurt Bites — a quick, healthy, and refreshing treat made with just three ingredients. Perfect for kids and adults alike, these bite-sized snacks are ideal for a cool dessert, snack, or breakfast. Customizable with toppings, they’re as fun to make as they are to eat!

Ingredients

1 large ripe banana

150g yogurt of your choice (natural yogurt is recommended)

Handful of dried banana chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cups: Set up about 12 cupcake cases or silicone muffin cups on a baking sheet, making sure they fit in your freezer.

  2. Mash the Banana: Peel the banana and mash it on a plate until smooth (use a potato masher for easier mashing).

  3. Combine the Mixture: In a bowl, mix the mashed banana with the yogurt until fully combined.

  4. Fill the Cups: Spoon the banana-yogurt mixture into the cupcake cases or muffin cups.

  5. Add Toppings: Top each with optional banana chips (either whole or broken into pieces).

  6. Freeze: Place the tray in the freezer and freeze for about 2 hours, or until set solid.

  7. Enjoy: Once frozen, remove from the cups and enjoy. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for later use.

Notes

Yogurt Alternatives: Feel free to use any yogurt flavor or non-dairy alternatives such as coconut or almond yogurt.

Additional Toppings: Add granola, chopped nuts, or chocolate chips for extra texture and flavor.

Fruit Variations: Try mixing in other fruits like strawberries or blueberries into the yogurt for a fun twist.
