Frozen Choco-Banana Greek Yogurt Cups are a refreshing, guilt-free dessert combining creamy Greek yogurt, sweet bananas, and rich chocolate. These no-bake treats are easy to make, customizable, and perfect for hot summer days or as a healthy snack.

Ingredients

2 ripe bananas

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (or dairy-free chocolate chips)

1/4 cup chopped nuts (such as almonds or walnuts, optional)

A pinch of sea salt

Mini cupcake liners or silicone molds

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and cut them into small slices. Set aside a few banana slices for garnish, if desired.
  2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Stir until smooth and well-blended.
  3. Gently fold in the sliced bananas to the yogurt mixture, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
  4. Sprinkle in the dark chocolate chips and chopped nuts (if using) into the yogurt mixture. Give it a soft stir to combine.
  5. Line a muffin tin with mini cupcake liners or use silicone molds. Spoon the yogurt mixture into each cup, filling them about 3/4 of the way full.
  6. If you saved some banana slices, place them on top of each cup. For an extra touch, you can add a few more chocolate chips on top.
  7. Carefully place the muffin tin or molds in the freezer. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  8. Once frozen, remove the cups from the molds or liners. Let them sit at room temperature for a minute before enjoying. These are best served right away but can be stored in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month.
