Creamy, crunchy, and refreshing, these frozen mango yogurt cereal rounds combine tropical mango, Greek yogurt, oats, and granola for a nutritious no-bake snack. Perfect for breakfast, post-workout, or a guilt-free frozen treat.

Ingredients

2 ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted, and chopped

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup granola

1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)

1/2 cup mixed nuts, chopped (optional)

A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine mangoes, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, granola, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts until combined.
  3. Pour the mango-yogurt mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and scoop small portions (about 1.5-inch rounds) onto it. Flatten slightly for even freezing.
  5. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.
  6. Once frozen, individually wrap rounds or store them in an airtight container in the freezer.
  7. Serve directly from the freezer for a quick, refreshing snack.

Notes

Add chia seeds or flaxseeds for extra fiber and omega-3s.

Use lime or lemon zest in the mango puree for tanginess.

For a vegan version, use coconut yogurt and maple syrup.

Drizzle melted dark chocolate over frozen rounds for a dessert-like treat.

Omit nuts for a nut-free option; add seeds or extra granola instead.
