Frozen Yogurt Maple Crunch Clusters are a healthy, guilt-free dessert made with Greek yogurt, maple syrup, granola, and crunchy nuts, perfect for a nutritious snack or sweet treat.

Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)

1/2 cup pure maple syrup

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/3 cup granola (your choice of flavor, preferably with nuts)

1/3 cup mini chocolate chips or cacao nibs

1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds or walnuts work great)

A pinch of sea salt

Optional: Fresh fruit for topping (sliced strawberries, blueberries, or banana chips)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of sea salt. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  2. Gently fold in the granola, mini chocolate chips, and chopped nuts. Make sure everything is evenly distributed throughout the yogurt mixture.
  3. Using a tablespoon or small ice cream scoop, drop spoonfuls of the yogurt mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Shape them into clusters, leaving space between each.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow the clusters to freeze for at least 2 hours or until solid.
  5. Once frozen, remove the clusters from the baking sheet and store in an airtight container in the freezer. Top with fresh fruit before serving if desired.
  6. Serve frozen and enjoy!

Notes

For a vegan version, use dairy-free yogurt and maple syrup.

Feel free to substitute the granola for your favorite flavor or add dried fruits like raisins or cranberries.

If you don’t want to use chocolate chips, try adding cacao nibs for a healthier option.

Clusters can be stored for up to 2 weeks in the freezer.

Adjust the size of the clusters to your preference; smaller clusters freeze faster.
