Ingredients

1 large sugar cookie dough (pre-made or homemade)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup kiwis, peeled and sliced

1 cup blueberries

1 cup bananas, sliced

½ cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)

¼ cup chocolate syrup (for drizzling)

¼ cup caramel sauce (for drizzling)

Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread the sugar cookie dough into a large rectangle or circle about ¼ inch thick. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown. Let it cool completely before topping.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in whipped topping until fully combined.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled cookie base.
  5. Arrange strawberries, kiwis, blueberries, bananas, and pineapple over the top in a colorful pattern.
  6. Drizzle chocolate syrup and caramel sauce over the fruit. Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
  7. Slice into wedges or small squares and serve immediately.

Notes

Use a chocolate chip cookie dough base for a richer dessert.

Swap the cream cheese layer with vanilla Greek yogurt for a lighter version.

Add shredded coconut or melted white chocolate for a tropical twist.

Prepare the cookie crust ahead of time and assemble just before serving for best texture.

Brush banana slices with lemon juice to prevent browning.
