Gobble-Up Turkey & Cranberry Rolls are festive handheld pastries filled with juicy seasoned turkey mince and sweet cranberry sauce, wrapped in flaky puff pastry—perfect for holiday appetizers or cozy snacking.

Ingredients

500g turkey mince

½ teaspoon garlic powder

375g ready-rolled puff pastry

130g cranberry sauce

1 tablespoon milk

Spray oil

1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves

1 teaspoon sea salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Mix turkey mince, garlic powder, thyme, sea salt, and black pepper until combined.
  3. Roll out puff pastry and cut into rectangles.
  4. Spread cranberry sauce down center of each pastry piece.
  5. Place turkey mixture over cranberry sauce and shape into logs.
  6. Roll pastry over filling and seal edges with milk.
  7. Brush tops with milk and lightly spray with oil.
  8. Bake 25–30 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  9. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Add grated cheese to filling for extra richness.

Use homemade cranberry sauce for personalized flavor.

Sprinkle sesame or poppy seeds on top for texture.

Add chopped nuts or herbs into filling.

Substitute turkey mince with chicken or beef mince.

Freeze before baking; bake from frozen adding extra minutes.
