These Greek Turkey Meatballs are tender, flavorful, and packed with Mediterranean herbs and spices. Made with lean ground turkey, feta, and fresh herbs, they’re perfect for a quick and healthy meal. Serve with tzatziki, rice, or in pita for a delicious dish!


Ingredients

  • Protein & Binders: 1 pound ground turkey, ½ cup seasoned breadcrumbs, 1 large egg, 2 ounces feta cheese (crumbled)
  • Flavorings: 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion, 2 tablespoons fresh mint (chopped), 1 tablespoon fresh oregano (chopped), 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Seasonings: ¾ teaspoon kosher salt, ½ teaspoon black pepper, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon ground cumin, ½ teaspoon lemon zest, ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Set oven rack 6 inches from the broiler and preheat the broiler. Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease with cooking spray.
  • Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, gently mix ground turkey, feta, breadcrumbs, olive oil, red onion, mint, oregano, parsley, salt, pepper, garlic powder, cumin, lemon zest, crushed red pepper, and egg until well combined.
  • Form Meatballs: Shape the mixture into 1 to 1.5-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Cook Meatballs: Broil for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Serve: Let rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with tzatziki sauce, over rice, or in pita bread.
