The Green Witch Elixir is a neon-green Halloween mocktail that’s tart, slightly sweet, and herbaceous. With lime, green apple, and rosemary notes, it’s dramatic over ice and perfect for spooky-season parties.

Ingredients

2 oz white grape juice

1 oz triple sec or orange liqueur (optional)

1 tsp green apple drink mix

1 oz fresh lime juice

1/2 oz simple syrup

Small splash of water (to dissolve drink mix)

Ice, as needed

1 fresh rosemary sprig, for garnish

Gummy spiders or candy eyeballs, optional, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add white grape juice, triple sec, green apple drink mix, lime juice, simple syrup, and a splash of water to a cocktail shaker or jar.
  2. Add ice and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until chilled.
  3. Fill a tall glass with ice and strain the mixture into it.
  4. Lightly smack rosemary sprig to release oils, then garnish the glass with it.
  5. Optionally, garnish with gummy spiders or candy eyeballs for a spooky effect.
  6. Taste and adjust: add more simple syrup if too tart, or extra lime juice for tang.

Notes

For a brighter green color, increase apple mix or add melon syrup.

Make it nonalcoholic by skipping triple sec or replacing it with orange juice.

For sparkle, top with club soda or lemon-lime soda after straining.

Blend with ice for a frozen slushy version.

Best served immediately—if batching, prep the base ahead and chill without ice.
