This no-bake Halloween Dip is a creamy cream cheese–based dessert dip tinted festive orange and topped with a dramatic piped chocolate spiderweb. Perfect with pretzels, graham crackers, or apple slices, it’s a quick, crowd-pleasing centerpiece for spooky-season gatherings.

Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

34 drops orange gel food coloring (or to desired shade)

1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or candy melts

Optional: plastic spider for decoration

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Gradually blend in powdered sugar, then mix in vanilla until fully combined.
  3. Add orange food coloring and mix until uniform in color.
  4. Transfer dip to a shallow serving dish and smooth the top.
  5. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring until smooth. Let cool 1–2 minutes.
  6. Pipe chocolate in three concentric circles on the dip. Drag lines outward from the center to form a spiderweb design.
  7. Place a plastic spider in the center if desired. Serve with pretzels, graham crackers, or apple slices.

Notes

Use reduced-fat cream cheese for a lighter version.

White chocolate creates a striking web on a deeper orange dip.

Add 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice for seasonal flavor.

Double the recipe for parties; use a larger serving dish for visibility.

Keep apple slices fresh by tossing with lemon juice before serving.
