Made with pineapple, mango, banana, and coconut milk, this easy smoothie is dairy-free and naturally sweetened. Ingredients

  • ½ cup pineapple juice
  • ½ cup canned coconut milk
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • ¾ cup frozen pineapple
  • ½ frozen banana

Instructions

  • Prepare Coconut Milk – If separated, blend canned coconut milk until smooth.
  • Add Liquids – Pour the pineapple juice and blended coconut milk into a blender.
  • Add Frozen Fruits – Add frozen mango, pineapple, and banana on top of the liquids.
  • Blend – Blend until smooth. Adjust consistency by adding more pineapple juice or coconut milk if needed.
  • Serve – Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
