Easy no-bake homemade Kit Kat–style bars made with layers of buttery crackers, a sweet graham filling, and a smooth chocolate peanut butter topping. Perfect for quick desserts, parties, or satisfying sweet cravings.

Ingredients

72 club crackers

1 cup salted butter (2 sticks)

1 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed

1/3 cup granulated sugar

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup milk

2/3 cup creamy peanut butter

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Line the bottom of an ungreased 9×13-inch baking dish with a single layer of club crackers.
  2. In a large saucepan over low to medium heat, melt the butter with the brown sugar and granulated sugar, stirring constantly until smooth.
  3. Stir in the graham cracker crumbs and milk, mixing well without letting the mixture boil.
  4. Remove from heat and spread half of the mixture evenly over the crackers.
  5. Add a second layer of crackers, spread the remaining mixture on top, and finish with a final layer of crackers.
  6. In a small saucepan, melt the peanut butter and chocolate chips together over medium-low heat until smooth.
  7. Spread the chocolate peanut butter mixture evenly over the top layer of crackers.
  8. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm, then slice into squares and serve.

Notes

Let bars sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving for easier slicing.

Dark chocolate chips can be used for a less sweet flavor.

Crunchy peanut butter adds extra texture if desired.

Bars store well in the refrigerator for up to one week.
