2 tablespoons red food coloring

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup white chocolate chips

  2. In a large bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until well combined.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and red food coloring until smooth.
  5. Gently fold in flour and salt until just combined.
  6. Stir in white chocolate chips.

Gel food coloring provides a deeper red color.

Cool completely before cutting for clean slices.

White chocolate chips can be swapped for dark or milk chocolate.
