S’mores Hand Pies combine the classic campfire treat into a portable, oven-baked dessert with a flaky crust filled with marshmallows, chocolate, and graham crackers. Made in the air fryer, these hand pies are crispy, golden, and irresistible!

Ingredients

14.1 oz package refrigerated pie dough

2 bars chocolate, chopped into small pieces

½ cup miniature marshmallows

¾ cup crushed graham crackers (keep half for topping)

2 tbsp salted butter, melted

Water (for sealing edges)

Optional for Serving:

Chocolate syrup, for dipping

Marshmallow cream, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Let the refrigerated pie dough come to room temperature. Use a 3-inch cookie cutter to cut circles from the dough.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix chopped chocolate bars, marshmallows, and half of the crushed graham crackers until combined.
  3. Place 1 tablespoon of the s’mores filling on half of the dough circles. Moisten the edges with water, top with another dough circle, and press gently to seal. Crimp the edges with a fork.
  4. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with the remaining graham cracker crumbs.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F for 5 minutes. Lightly spray the basket with nonstick spray and place 2-4 pies inside. Air fry for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Repeat with remaining pies.
  6. Serve warm with optional chocolate syrup or marshmallow cream for dipping.

Notes

Berry Twist: Add fresh raspberries or strawberries for a fruity twist.
