Ingredients

70g confectioners’ sugar

10g cornstarch

3 eggs

1 egg yolk

100g heavy cream

Instructions

  • Prepare the Batter: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and confectioners’ sugar. Beat until smooth. Add cornstarch and mix, then add eggs and egg yolk one at a time, mixing after each. Finally, add heavy cream and blend until smooth.

  • Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 28 minutes, until the top is golden brown and slightly caramelized.
