Lobster Spaghetti is a luxurious yet simple pasta dish featuring sweet lobster meat in a buttery garlic sauce with fresh cherry tomatoes and a hint of spice, perfect for elegant dinners or special occasions.

Ingredients

2 medium lobster tails (about 1 pound total)

8 oz spaghetti pasta

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust for spice level)

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Grated Parmesan cheese (optional for serving)

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook lobster tails for 8–10 minutes until bright red. Cool, remove meat from shells, and chop into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Cook spaghetti in the same boiling water until al dente, reserving 1 cup of pasta water. Drain pasta.
  3. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add halved cherry tomatoes and cook 3–4 minutes until softened.
  5. Add lobster meat, lemon juice, and cooked spaghetti to the skillet. Toss gently to combine.
  6. Add reserved pasta water as needed to adjust sauce consistency.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Plate the dish and garnish with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese if desired.

Notes

Increase red pepper flakes or add fresh chili for more heat.

Add fresh basil or tarragon for extra herbal aroma.

Add a splash of white wine to the sauce for added depth.

Incorporate sautéed spinach or asparagus tips for extra vegetables.

Use Pecorino Romano instead of Parmesan for sharper flavor.
