A rich and creamy Malteser Fudge made with just three simple ingredients — milk chocolate, condensed milk, and Maltesers — finished with a white chocolate drizzle and extra crunch on top. Easy, indulgent, and perfect for gifting or sharing.

Ingredients

400 g (14 oz) milk chocolate

397 g (14 oz) condensed milk (1 tin)

200 g (7 oz) Maltesers

150 g (5 oz) white chocolate, melted (for decoration)

160 g (5 oz) Maltesers, some halved or crushed (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Microwave method: Place milk chocolate and condensed milk in a large microwave-safe bowl. Heat for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat once or twice until smooth and thick. Allow to cool for 3–4 minutes.
  2. Stir in 200 g Maltesers and mix well to coat evenly.
  3. Pour mixture into a baking dish lined with baking paper. Smooth the top, drizzle with melted white chocolate, and press remaining Maltesers gently into the surface.
  4. Refrigerate overnight until firm. Cut into small squares and store in the fridge until ready to serve.
  5. Slow cooker method: Add milk chocolate and condensed milk to your slow cooker and cook on low for 40–50 minutes, stirring regularly until thick and glossy. Stir in 200 g Maltesers, then pour into a lined baking dish. Decorate with white chocolate drizzle and remaining Maltesers. Chill overnight, then cut into squares.

Notes

Use a mix of milk and dark chocolate for a deeper flavor.

White chocolate as a base will make the fudge sweeter and softer.

Maltesers may lose their coating slightly — this is normal.

For gifting, pack chilled fudge squares in cellophane bags or tins.

If too firm to cut, let it sit at room temperature for 20–30 minutes before slicing.

Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
