Fresh strawberries dipped in creamy white chocolate infused with matcha powder, creating an elegant, vibrant green treat with a perfect balance of sweet and earthy flavors.

Ingredients

1 cup white chocolate chips (or finely chopped white chocolate)

2 teaspoons matcha powder (culinary or ceremonial grade)

1 lb fresh strawberries, rinsed and completely dried

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and ensure strawberries are completely dry.
  2. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. Alternatively, use a double boiler.
  3. Sift and whisk the matcha powder into the melted chocolate until fully combined and smooth.
  4. Hold each strawberry by the leaves and dip into the matcha chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  5. Place dipped strawberries on the prepared baking sheet without touching.
  6. Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until the coating is fully set.

Notes

Sift matcha before mixing to prevent lumps.

Add a small amount of coconut oil if the chocolate is too thick.

Store in a single layer to prevent sticking.

Best enjoyed within 1–2 days for optimal freshness.
