Mini Cheeseball Bites are bite-sized appetizers made with a blend of cream cheese, cheddar, and feta, rolled in nuts and spices, perfect for parties, gatherings, or as a savory snack.

Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

½ cup crumbled feta cheese

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

¼ cup fresh chives, finely chopped

¼ cup chopped walnuts or pecans (or your choice of nuts)

¼ cup finely chopped bell peppers (any color)

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and crumbled feta cheese. Use a hand mixer or spatula to mix until the cheeses are fully integrated.
  2. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, Worcestershire sauce, chopped chives, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is evenly combined.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up the mixture, making it easier to shape into balls.
  4. Once chilled, remove the bowl from the refrigerator. Use a small scoop or your hands to form 1-inch bite-sized balls.
  5. Roll each ball in your choice of chopped nuts, crispy toppings, or finely diced bell peppers. This will add texture and flavor to each bite.
  6. Place the coated cheese balls back in the refrigerator for another 30 minutes to set.
  7. Arrange the Mini Cheeseball Bites on a platter and serve with toothpicks for easy serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add finely chopped parsley, dill, or thyme to the cheese mixture.

For more spice, add finely diced jalapeños or a pinch of cayenne pepper.

Feel free to swap the cheddar or feta for other cheeses like goat cheese, ricotta, or blue cheese.

If you prefer, use cashews, almonds, or pistachios instead of walnuts for a different flavor profile.
