Mini Fruit Pizza Cookies are an adorable and easy-to-make dessert that’s perfect for any gathering! These bite-sized treats are made with sugar cookie dough, topped with a creamy, smooth frosting, and adorned with fresh, colorful fruit. They’re light, delicious, and a fun way to serve up a refreshing dessert.

Ingredients

1 package sugar cookie dough

5 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened to room temperature)

8 ounces cream cheese (softened to room temperature)

2 cups powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Diced mixed fruit (kiwis, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven and bake the sugar cookies according to the package instructions.
  2. Once baked, transfer the cookies onto a wire rack to cool completely.
  3. While the cookies are cooling, prepare the frosting by beating the softened butter and cream cheese together in a large mixing bowl with an electric mixer on medium-high speed until smooth and creamy.
  4. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture, mixing on medium speed until well combined.
  5. Spread the frosting evenly across the top of each cooled cookie. Top with a generous amount of diced mixed fruit.
  6. Serve the mini fruit pizzas immediately, or chill them in the refrigerator until you’re ready to serve.

Notes

Customize the fruit toppings based on what’s in season or your personal favorites—mango, pineapple, or peaches can make a fun twist!

Try a whipped cream topping or a mascarpone-based frosting for a different texture and flavor.

To make these gluten-free, use gluten-free sugar cookie dough.

For extra sweetness, drizzle a bit of honey or a light glaze on top of the fruit.

Make sure the cookies are completely cooled before adding the frosting to avoid sogginess.
