These treats are not only adorable but also easy to make, making them a great option for a last-minute Halloween party snack. With the combination of fresh strawberries, creamy white chocolate, and colorful candy eyes, they’re sure to be a hit at any spooky gathering!

Ingredients

1 package PME Cake Sweet Street Pretty Eyes Sprinkles

5 oz Ghirardelli’s white chocolate wafers

6 drops purple gel food coloring

1 teaspoon coconut oil

6 strawberries

Instructions

  1. Place the white chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl and heat on the defrost setting for 2 minutes. Stir well. Continue heating in 1-minute intervals, stirring between each, until the chocolate is fully melted.
  2. Stir in the purple gel food coloring and coconut oil until the mixture turns a vibrant purple.
  3. Dip each strawberry into the purple chocolate, allowing any excess chocolate to drip off. Place the dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Before the chocolate sets, press one candy eye onto each strawberry to give them their monster look.
  5. Let the strawberries dry completely. Once they’re set, remove them from the parchment paper and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Notes

Experiment with different gel food colors, like green or orange, to match your party theme.

Drizzle some additional melted white or dark chocolate over the strawberries for added flair.

Try adding sprinkles, edible glitter, or even crushed candy for a different look and texture.
