Neapolitan Fudge is a no-bake, easy-to-make treat with three layers of chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry flavors. This vibrant and creamy fudge is perfect for gifting, special events, or satisfying your sweet tooth.

Ingredients

For the Fudge:

Two 14-ounce cans of sweetened condensed milk

Three cups of white chocolate chips, split into portions

Two spoonfuls of cocoa powder

1 teaspoon of strawberry flavoring

34 drops of pink food coloring

Optional Garnishes:

Chopped nuts or candy pieces (optional)

Instructions

  1. Divide the Sweetened Condensed Milk: Pour the sweetened condensed milk into three separate bowls, dividing it equally.
  2. Make the Chocolate Layer: In the first bowl, combine melted white chocolate with cocoa powder. Mix until smooth and deep brown in color.
  3. Make the Strawberry Layer: In the second bowl, stir in melted white chocolate, strawberry flavor, and pink coloring. Mix well.
  4. Make the Vanilla Layer: In the third bowl, simply mix melted white chocolate into the condensed milk until smooth.
  5. Layer the Fudge: Line an 8-inch pan with parchment paper. Spread the chocolate layer across the bottom and refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm.
  6. Add the Vanilla Layer: Once the chocolate layer is firm, spread the vanilla layer evenly and chill for another 30 minutes.
  7. Add the Strawberry Layer: After the vanilla layer has set, pour the strawberry mixture over it, smooth it out, and chill for 30-60 minutes, until firm.
  8. Firm Up the Fudge: Let the fudge set completely in the fridge for about 4 hours or overnight for best results.
  9. Serve and Enjoy: Once set, slice the fudge into 36 pieces and serve. Enjoy the creamy, vibrant layers!

Notes

Storage: Store in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge for up to a week. It can also be frozen for up to 2 months.
